As CTO, Mr. Soga draws on his 18 years of experience in software development and technology leadership to foster the research and development of Eftia's products and solutions. A 7-year Telecom OSS veteran and an inventor of the Eftia's revolutionary model-oriented Ai2 platform, he has engineered and directed several of Eftia's product releases. Mr. Soga was Eftia's Vice President of Global R&D prior to becoming the CTO, and has served as a Director of Product Development and Senior Director of Architecture since joining Eftia in 1998.

Prior to joining Eftia, Mr. Soga worked at Hummingbird as a Software Development Manager in the Advanced Systems and Research group where he architected and delivered a number of enterprise knowledge management software products to market. He spent a number of his earlier professional career years an entrepreneur and software design consultant for a number of government and private sector enterprises.

Mr. Soga has participated on a number of public industry panels including those of OSS/J and a Canadian government sponsored International Telecom Trade Mission to India. In his current capacity Mr. Soga oversees all research and development operations across Eftia and is responsible for Eftia's technology vision and direction.
