As CTO at Eftia since its founding, Mr. Christopher Dean guides the technical vision for the company's products. Mr. Dean directs all engineering, architecture, research and development activities at Eftia.

Mr. Dean has applied his knowledge of network technology and system architecture to develop robust application roadmaps for Eftia's products. Guided by Mr. Dean's vision, Eftia products maximize database systems, deliver elegant architecture strategies, and provide communications companies of all sizes with highly integratable and economic OSS solutions.

Mr. Dean pioneered the networking and communications division at Eftia's precursor, OpCom Solutions Inc. Mr. Dean began his career developing large-scale systems and implementing national and international internetworks at Bell Canada. In addition, he built and managed a network management center and assisted in the development of Internet services for Bell subsidiaries.

Mr. Dean received a Bachelor of Science and Engineering degree from Queen's University, where he specialized in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
