With over 24 years of experience in information technology, Mr. McKinnon brings great leadership to Eftia. His extensive systems knowledge, as well as software, hardware, sales, marketing and services experience have allowed all levels of the organization to benefit from his expertise.

Mr. Mckinnon is the co-author of several networking software patents. Having spent the majority of his career at IBM, he held numerous key positions with that organization, among them; handheld devices, wireless computing, SNA architecture, legacy applications, fault tolerant networking software, and wireless middleware products. By bringing his talents and training to Eftia, he has helped in the successfully transformation of Eftia to a new market driven product company.

Over the past years he has helped develop a high quality investment driven product set while enabling off-shore development in Mumbai India in order to augment Ottawa, Canada HQ development center. In his role as Chief Operating Officer he is responsible for the day to day operations of all aspects of the business.
