In examining Eftia's product, the report rates MasterScribe highly for "strong breadth and depth of functionality that is pre-integrated but also modular. The modules, such as the service order system, can be geared to solve specific operational problems, or can be delivered as a package. Users have many options by which they can custom configure and continually refine the usability of the application. The wealth of data the system captures about the network and the business can provide a strong basis for process analysis and optimization."
