Having performed a thorough competitive analysis, Tex-Link is confident that Eftia's products and people are exactly what they require to bring new services to market, maximize their productivity and grow their business.
Tex-Link will use Master.Scribe to provision a variety of communications services for its customers, including local, long distance, PRI collocation, dedicated Internet, managed modem and private network connectivity. Eftia will provide comprehensive order management, trouble management, telecom circuit and asset inventory management; and IP address and telephone number management. Additionally, Tex-Link will use Eftia's interconnection gateway for ebonding with regional Bell operating companies (RBOC).
