Ottawa, Canada-July 28, 2003 - Eftia, a leading provider of operational support systems (OSS) for wireless and wireline service providers, today announced that TexLink Communications, a San Antonio based CLEC has successfully completed the implementation of Eftia Master.Scribe Service Order. The new production environment allows TexLink to increase their quality of service, reduce the amount of processing errors, reduce the amount of time to provision the services they provide including local, long distance, PRI collocation, dedicated Internet, managed modem and private network connectivity and easily create and deliver new services.
Understanding the importance of a strong, operational support system that would enable them to control costs while delivering better service quality to their clients, Tex-Link decided in July of last year to make the rather savvy investment into OSS.
