Northwest Telephone Inc. (NTI) chooses Eftia's Master.Scribe - Robust OSS Suite Key to Management of Explosive Growth for CLEC
Ottawa, Canada - January 20, 2004 - Eftia, a global provider of operations management software solutions designed to meet the business automation needs of communications service providers and large enterprises, today announced that Northwest Telephone, Inc. (NTI), a Washington State based CLEC that delivers data, voice, and dedicated Internet access to businesses across the Pacific Northwest, has selected Eftia's Master.Scribe Suite as the solution for its OSS needs.
While NTI began with services to the state of Washington, it is now, after five years of operation, taking on a multi-state strategy and expanding into Idaho and Oregon. This expansion found NTI outgrowing their internal systems, straining resources, and creating inefficiencies that triggered a search by the regional telephone company a year ago for an OSS package that would further enhance control of their 'Rural Area Network.'
