Eftia Announces Appointment of New CTO
Ottawa, Canada - February 10, 2004 - Eftia, a global provider of operations management software solutions designed to meet the business automation needs of communications service providers and large enterprises, today announced the appointment of Cyril Soga as Chief Technology Officer. In this role, Mr. Soga will oversee all engineering, architecture, research, and product development for Eftia, ensuring the successful delivery of the Eftia suite of products - the Master.Scribe OSS telephony solution, and the newly released Ai² Application Development Framework.

In his former position as Vice President of product Development, Cyril played a key role in all Eftia's major technology initiatives, including driving the development of Eftia's new product, Ai². With over 15 years in telecom and software development, he brings a wealth of experience and product knowledge to his new role, as well as the leadership skills necessary to lead Eftia and their products to new heights. Prior to joining Eftia, Mr. Soga held strategic and tactical product development and operational support roles at Fulcrum Technologies (now part of Hummingbird), and Quantum Information Resources.
