Eftia Announces Appointment of New VP of Finance
Ottawa, Canada - May 26, 2004 - Eftia, a global provider of operations management software solutions designed to meet the business automation needs of communications service providers and large enterprises, today announced the appointment of of Aashish Mittal as Vice President of Finance and Chief Controller for Eftia. In this role, Mr. Mittal will take on the responsibility for all of Eftia's global finances, ensuring the efficient financial operation of the organization.

keep the company on a steady course. With ten plus years experience in finance,
he brings a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of accounting and finance related
functions to his new position.
