Ottawa, Canada - June 14, 2004 - Eftia, a global provider of operations management software solutions designed to meet the business automation needs of communications service providers and large enterprises, and Symbio, a global solutions provider for software development, globalization and testing services today announced they have signed a strategic alliance to enable Eftia to grow their presence in the Asian markets. Per the alliance, Symbio will become Eftia’s end-to-end partner to localize and prepare Master.Scribe for Asia, as well as customize, configure and install Master.Scribe for Asian customers, and provide on-going 1st and 2nd level support in country. Eftia and Symbio have also signed an agreement under which Symbio will market and resell Master.Scribe in Asia. Together, the two companies will form a sales partnership that will see Symbio selling Eftia’s Master.Scribe suite for OSS via its Greater China based sales organization.
