Integration • Design, code, test, and deploy application interfaces between Master.Scribe and 3rd party software
Data Migration/Conversion • Migrate existing customer data from one version of Master.Scribe to version currently being deployed
• Includes analysis of data sources, development of plan and tools and migration testing
Desktop Rollout • Includes reviewing user requirements, analysis of interoperability, network connectivity, and building and deploying desktops to the user community
Reports • Preparation of custom reports Includes modifications of existing Master.Scribe OOB reports, or the development and deployment of new reports
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Assist customer SME team in planning a UAT
• Includes preparing and performing test cases, and responding to the reports
Customizations • Design, code, test and deploy modifications to existing Master.Scribe applications and/or the addition of new functionality to meet specific customer requirements
High Availability Server Services • Assist with Veritas high availability solution
• Includes installing Remedy high availability licenses on our servers and testing HA Veritas functionality
Additional Server Installations • Perform additional pre-deployment checks and complete the installation verification on additional servers
Customized Training • Customize product training materials to meet specific customer demands
