ARINC Chooses Eftia's Master.Scribe (October 1, 2002 Ottawa, Canada) Eftia™, a leading provider of operational support systems (OSS) for wireless and wireline service providers, today announced that Annapolis-based ARINC Incorporated, the world leader in transportation communications and systems engineering, has selected Eftia Master.Scribe™ to manage its service order and inventory processes. Notably, this deal closed rather quickly-testimony to Eftia's ability to quickly distinguish its products and services from those of its competitors.
