Eftia University is designed to provide training and certification
in Operational Support Systems (OSS) through courses given by Eftia subject
matter experts aiming to creating a solid awareness of the fundamental processes
that underpin OSS while offering in-depth skills training in Eftia’s
products - Master.Scribe and Ai² Application Development Framework. Hands-on

- OSS Graduate: A 1-day course targeted to new entrants
into the telecom field that highlights both the technical and business aspects
of OSS in a global arena.
- OSS Executive: Targeted at senior business managers, this
4-day development program focused on the economics and real-time operational
benefits of an OSS implementation.
- Master.Scribe Professional & Ai² Professional:
Are 30 day engagement for Eftia Partners and Customers to train and be certified
with the marketing, implementing and integration of Eftia's products - either
Master.Scribe or Ai².
