Common Data Stores
All Eftia OSS product solutions deliver accurate, up-to-date and accessible data through Eftia Common Data Stores (CDS).

The CDS store data about organizations, customers, sites, contacts, services and more. The CDS are the building blocks of the Master.Scribe architecture; all Master.Scribe products reference and leverage this data. They also store common exchange and billing data, which are a point of reference for interfacing with external systems such as billing.

CDS drives the Master.Scribe architecture and enables organizational alignment. Master.Scribe draws upon CDS for all records, so all users get the most up-to-date information.

The data is accessible across groups, and changes made to data by one user are immediately reflected in the common stores, allowing for consistency across all groups and organizations.
