Customer-defined Data
The information stored and made accessible by Master.Scribe Service
Order is determined by your operational requirements. Data stored
can include:
- General service order information, including order number, order
status and jeopardy, or escalation flags and notices
- Requester details, including contact names and telephone numbers
- Order details, including circuit specifics, site information
and special remarks
- Critical dates, such as customer requested due dates, testing
dates and completion dates
- Billing contact information and billing codes
- A running log to track service orders to final completion
- Other user-specific data
Common data assembled with specific service packaging can be pre-configured
as default data, minimizing order entry efforts.
