Master.Scribe Inventory delivers an authoritative database of all network elements and facilities. It provides complete asset management and gives users instant access to information on number assignment, circuits, optical paths and locations, as well as asset information for all network equipment (e.g. switches, transport, cross connects).

The database efficiently tracks essential information, such as

• Individual circuit definitions, network trunks and allocated capacities
  
• Site details, including site names, CLLI codes, room and bay numbers, and geographical data such as GIS coordinates and V&H
  
• Other details, such as names, locations and serial numbers for individual devices, shelves, cards and connection points
  

Asset Management
Master.Scribe Inventory provides a centralized database of your communications assets, facilitating access to consistent and current data. The Asset Management component of the Master.Scribe Inventory architecture builds on the common data stores of the Master.Scribe® Suite and provides a foundation for business intelligence data maintained by Master.Scribe Inventory.

Asset management captures asset data in a hierarchy of increasingly precise classes. Comprehensive and customizable asset profiles facilitate the creation of valuable asset records. This feature centralizes asset data in a single location, integrates and links this data to other related inventory records, and facilitates comprehensive asset tracking.
