Eftia Master.Scribe 4.0 is better equipped than ever to empower
service providers to maximize their operational efficiency, increase

New Features and Functionality:
- Enhanced Interoperability: Master.Scribe's comprehensive
suite of CORBA IDL API's, which enable key components of Master.Scribe's
business functions to easily integrate with external applications,
have been extended to enable the integration of Master.Scribe's
order management capabilities with external order entry and provisioning
systems such as customer relationship management, customer self-serve
web, service activation, etc. APIs reduce cost and lead-time of
integration, reduce service provisioning costs and errors, and
improve operational efficiency through integrated access to customer
information.
- Extended Inventory Management: Wireless specific inventory
management enables wireless service providers to model and manage
all elements of their network structure, including those unique
to wireless.
- More Efficient, Intuitive User Interface: Streamlined
order entry improves CSR efficiency, reduces training times and
call durations, and provides increased flexibility for rapid and
low cost management of service packaging. Additionally, integration
with NetViz allows complex inventory data to be visually represented,
and therefore more quickly and easily comprehended.
- Improved Product Integration: Service Order and Maintenance
integration enables users to quickly access all customer information,
including open service orders and trouble tickets, from both Service
Order and Maintenance control panels. Improved integration increases
CSRs' knowledge of customers, resulting in greater customer satisfaction.
- Additional Functionality: Service providers can benefit
from more efficient creation of circuit and facility records.
