Maintenance & Support

Design for change is the principle underlying all Eftia products. We know that a customer's trading partners will update and add interfaces on a regular basis, creating frequent changes in the gateway system. To deal with this, interface updates are included in our standard Maintenance and Support package. With Interconnection gateway, we build in the adaptability needed to make these changes trouble-free, efficient and cost-effective.

As standard interfaces change, Eftia will ensure its customers' OSS gateway system reflects those changes. Our ongoing maintenance and support will keep our customers ahead of the competition.
